DHL Express — Live Rates
We've integrated DHL Express directly into our platform. Get real-time shipping quotes for air freight from South Africa to 220+ countries. Rates update live based on weight, dimensions, and destination.
Sea Freight (Bulk Orders)
For orders over 100kg or full pallets, sea freight via Cape Town or Durban is significantly more cost-effective. Typical transit: 4–6 weeks to Europe, 6–8 weeks to North America. We coordinate with licensed freight forwarders.
Consolidated Shipments
Multi-supplier orders are consolidated at our UK or SA hub before final delivery. This reduces per-unit shipping costs and simplifies receiving for hospitality buyers ordering across multiple product categories.
Live Tracking
Every shipment booked through our platform receives a tracking reference. DHL shipments are tracked in real-time via the dashboard with estimated delivery windows.
HS Code Classification
Every product on our platform includes a pre-assigned HS (Harmonised System) code — the universal classification used by customs authorities worldwide. First 6 digits are internationally standardised.
